United Arab Emirates Delivery
We offer complimentary standard delivery across the UAE.
Delivery Time:

Cash on Delivery:
If you choose Cash on Delivery, an additional AED 20 service fee applies.
Middle East Delivery
Delivery to selected Middle Eastern countries is available.
Delivery Time:
- 3–5 business days (depending on the destination)
Shipping Fees:
Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Custom Duties & Taxes:
Any applicable duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping
International delivery is not available yet.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding public holidays).
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you can track it in real time using the tracking link provided via email.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or locations restricted by local regulations.
Certain items may have shipping limitations due to local customs policies.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged:
