Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must remain in its original condition — unworn and unused, with all
tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Sale pieces, gift cards, and items that show signs of wear, alteration or improper handling cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please begin by initiating a return.
Once the original piece is received and approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalize the transaction.

If you have not received your refund within 20 business days from approval, kindly contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at

Our team will review your case and arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.
In such cases, the cost of return shipping will be fully covered.
